This article is about how difficult it can be to get a job when you are over qualified. Though most believe that it would be easier for someone with many qualifications to get a job, but in reality it can be difficult. This article includes ideas, advice towards getting a job and not intimidating your employer. It also informs you on how common this issue can be, and how this affects the economy.
